A-1 is an authorized service center for Brother products. We repair and service most major brands of typewriters, faxes, calculators, computers, printers shredders, and small to medium size copiers. Some of the brands we service are, IBM, Brother, Olympia, Canon, Panasonic, Xerox, Mita, Hewlett-Packard, Swintec, GBC, Victor, Monroe, Sharp, Nakajima and SCM. Yes, we still repair IBM Selectric typewriters!

We offer service contracts on typewriters, calculators, faxes, and printers. If you have a piece of equipment that you can't find service for, like letter folders, shredders, and decollators, give us a call. If we can't repair it, we may know someone who can.

If cost reduction is a primary consideration, you can bring your equipment to our shop for a free estimate on repairs on all equipment except computers. Computers usually require an extended period of time to troubleshoot.

For you folks that want to ship your equipment in for repair, we do charge a small fee for unpacking, diagnostics and repacking. This fee is waived if you approve repairs!
