A-1 is an Authorized Service Center for warranty repair on all Brother products except sewing machines. We also provide repair for Brother products out of warranty at the lowest possible prices!

On-Site Service

You must have prior approval from Brother Support (908) 704-1700 for all on-site warranty repairs. Without this approval, we have a minimum fee for traveling to your home or office and repairing your Brother product on-site. There will be additional charges for labor over an hour and any necessary parts. If we determine that your machine requires shop repair, we will submit an estimate of repairs on-site. If further troubleshooting is required we will submit an estimate for your approval before we proceed with any repairs. If the estimate is refused we will deliver your machine back to you at no additional costs. We presently do not charge travel time for service calls inside the city limits. Shop Repairs

You can bring your Brother product to our shop at 4405 S. Mendenhall Rd #104, Memphis,TN 38141 for repair or maintenance. If your equipment is no longer in warranty, we will submit an estimate. All estimates for your approval are free of charge. If for any reason you need help getting your product out of your vehicle or back into it, we will be glad to assist you. Proof of purchase is required on all warranty repairs.
